We currently provide delivery services within Sri Lanka. Orders are dispatched through our selected third-party courier and delivery partners.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched after payment confirmation.
Same-Day Handover Attempt
If your payment is confirmed before 5:30 p.m. on a working day, we will make every effort to hand over your order to the courier service on the same day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and mercantile holidays will not be dispatched on those days, as courier services may not be available.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including a valid contact number.

Pettah Computers will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the parcel, we recommend reporting it immediately to the delivery personnel or Courier Company.
Laptop Screens & Keyboards Policy
For items such as laptop screens and laptop keyboards, damage caused during transportation or delivery should be reported directly to the relevant courier or Delivery Company, subject to their claims procedure.
